We join forces to map every on-premises application/VM to a target EC2 instance (family and type). We plan the data migration in detail, along with the application migration steps including all the underlying dependencies, as well as the testing strategy to ensure the accuracy of the migrated applications.

Execute the AWS VM migration plan starting with the configuration of your AWS cloud environment, including setting up accounts, VPCs, security groups, and other necessary components. We then migrate your CMs to AWS establishing the right monitoring features and controls that provide insights into your VMs performance. At the end of each VM migration cycle, we fine-tune your AWS environment to ensure that it is running at peak efficiency. Sometimes we change the type and family of some of the EC2 instances to make sure you are using the correct resources.

The solution is comprised of two major components – a data lake to store any data, in any format, from any source and a Redshift data warehouse which sources data from the data lake and hosts a robust integrated data model, allowing for consolidated reporting. The predefined reports are implemented using AWS QuickSight.
