How Does the AWS MAP Program Work?
The AWS MAP program uses a three-phase framework to guide organizations through their cloud migration journeys. At each phase, Adastra can leverage AWS MAP funding to help facilitate organizations in their migration journeys.
Assess Your Readiness
The process begins with a workshop readiness assessment to evaluate organizations’ on-prem solutions and inventory, followed by a 4–6-week detailed assessment against the six pillars of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework: business, people, governance, platform, security, and operations.
Mobilize Your Resources
Phase 2 helps organizations build a plan to address and fix the gaps identified in phase 1 to ensure cloud migration readiness. Adastra will help accelerate the speed of migration decisions by providing our expert guidance on what is best for your organization.
Migrate and Modernize Your Workloads
In the final Migrate and Modernize phase, Adastra will follow the implementation plan and roadmap created following the assessment to deploy the large-scale migration to AWS.
