Adastra Consultants collaborate across functions, competencies, technologies, sectors, and geographies to achieve maximum synergy on every project. Our expertise spans across areas including Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Quality, Data Governance and Cloud. The constant interaction between Adastrans and others in project teams also enables them to progress continually by sharing their industry knowledge and technical know-how.
At Adastra, the learning never stops. Our Consultants are constantly honing their skills and developing new ones. Adastra employees have access to an immense library of carefully curated training resources, including targeted programs for Consultants at different experience levels and role-specific training to help Consultants deep dive into the latest technologies. We also host regular workshops and boot camps on relevant topics to guide our Consultants to continually expand their knowledge base.

Adastra Resource Managers
We believe there is a lot to learn from those who came before us. Adastra Consultants benefit from the guidance of Adastra Resource Managers (ARMs), who are experienced Consultants further along in their Adastra careers who can speak from experience and share valuable wisdom. ARMs are appointed to encourage, advise and support other Adastra Consultants by helping them navigate through day-to-day challenges. They also play a critical role in performance management, short- and long-term career planning, and training and development to help Adastra Consultants achieve excellence every step of the way.
Adastra Consultants also take advantage of expertise-specific leadership from our Practice Leads who, in addition to driving the growth of Adastra’s dedicated practices, provide our Consultants with expert knowledge and the necessary tools to excel in areas including Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management and Cloud.
