Built on a robust AWS infrastructure, leveraging Amazon Bedrock and a CI/CD pipeline, the solution offers seamless scalability to accommodate new documents and users while ensuring smooth deployment. By ingesting and processing all relevant documents, the chatbot uses vectorization and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to match queries with the most relevant documents, significantly reducing the time employees spend searching for information and optimizing operational efficiency.
