Adastra, a global leader in artificial intelligence and data analytics, announces that it is a launch partner for the AWS European Sovereign Cloud, further supporting its growing European customer base. In this role, Adastra’s data and AI consulting services are available within a new, independent cloud environment specifically designed to meet the requirements of regulated markets in Europe.

With the availability of its data and AI consulting services on the AWS European Sovereign Cloud, Adastra expands its offering for European organizations that face the highest demands in data sovereignty, security, and regulatory compliance. Adastra’s solutions deliver advanced data management, analytics, and AI capabilities while providing customers with the same security, availability, and performance they expect from AWS. This enables customers to run business-critical and sensitive workloads within the European Union while meeting strict requirements for operational autonomy and data residency.

The AWS European Sovereign Cloud is a fully featured, independently operated sovereign cloud backed by strong technical controls, sovereign assurances, and legal protections designed to meet the needs of European governments and enterprises. Its infrastructure is entirely located within the EU and operates independently from existing regions. Only AWS employees, residing in the EU, will control day-to-day operations, including access to data centers, technical support, and customer service for the AWS European Sovereign Cloud. Customers using the AWS European Sovereign Cloud will benefit from the full power of AWS including the same service portfolio, security, availability, performance, familiar architecture, APIs, and innovations such as the AWS Nitro System.

“In highly regulated industries, there is significant demand for cloud solutions that enable innovation without compromising sovereignty and control,” said Stefanie Lüdecke, CEO, Adastra Germany. “With the AWS European Sovereign Cloud, the proven quality and innovative strength of AWS are now accessible to these markets. At Adastra, our ambition is to help customers strategically leverage this potential – from data-driven decision-making to AI-powered applications. In doing so, we support organizations in meeting regulatory requirements with confidence while taking their business to the next level.”
