CHICAGO, IL, and TORONTO, ON, September 22, 2011 – In-memory analytics pioneer Kognitio today announced that it has joined forces with Adastra Corporation (Adastra) to offer services and solutions around Kognitio’s in-memory analytic database platform, WX2. Under the terms of the partnership between the two firms, Adastra will work with Kognitio to provide end-user organizations with professional services and consulting on data warehousing and big data analytics.
Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Adastra is an expert provider of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data integration services. Together, the two companies will co-market and co-sell Kognitio’s WX2 analytical platform and Adastra will leverage its cross-industry experience and methodologies to deliver successful implementations of the in-memory database.
Kognitio’s partnership with Adastra is a key addition to the company’s existing go-to-market strategy, implemented in line with its previously-announced international growth plans, and is being initially implemented in North America and Europe with the goal of rolling it out worldwide.
