Adastra, a global consulting and technology company specializing in artificial intelligence, data-driven transformation and modern cloud architectures, today announced the appointment of Stefanie Lüdecke as its new CEO for the German market. She succeeds Pavel Kysela, who now continues in his role as Global CEO of the Adastra Group.

Lüdecke joined Adastra GmbH in June 2025 as Chief Revenue Officer. Since then, she has been instrumental in refining the company’s commercial strategy, strengthening its solutions portfolio, and advancing its market position in Germany. Her appointment reflects Adastra’s commitment to reinforcing its leadership presence in one of the Group’s most strategically important markets.

Introducing her new role, Lüdecke said:
“Germany is at a pivotal moment in its digital transformation journey. Organizations need partners that combine technological excellence with deep industry understanding. This is where Adastra can truly make a difference. With strong teams, close proximity to our customers and scalable solutions, we aim not only to support German businesses but to actively help shape the market. I look forward to taking this next step together with our clients and colleagues.”

Germany plays a central role in Adastra’s global strategy, particularly in the areas of AI-driven solutions, data transformation and industry-focused offerings. Strengthening the local leadership team is part of the Group’s long-term plan to accelerate growth in high-potential markets.

Commenting on Lüdecke’s appointment, Pavel Kysela, Global CEO of the Adastra Group, said:
“With the support of our majority shareholder Carlyle, we are well-positioned to drive our global ambitions forward. Germany is a key pillar in this strategy. Stefanie brings the leadership, market insight and strategic vision required to further strengthen our footprint in the region and unlock the next phase of growth.”
