Štěpán Kopřiva becomes the new CEO of Adastra Czech Republic. The former CEO, Pavel Kysela, is moving within the Adastra Group to the position of Global COO. These leadership changes are being reported across the entire Adastra Group, aiming for significant global expansion of the company.
Štěpán Kopřiva is a co-founder of Blindspot Solutions, a part of the Adastra Group, which focuses primarily on the use of artificial intelligence. Until now, he has held the position of CTO at Blindspot Solutions, and is now taking over as CEO of Adastra Czech Republic.
“Adastra is a leader in digital services in the Czech Republic, whether it’s data management, artificial intelligence, software development, or consulting. In the future, we aim to provide high-value solutions not only to customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia but also to Adastra Group customers in North America and Europe,” says Štěpán Kopřiva.
Štěpán will take over the symbolic baton from Pavel Kysela, who has led Adastra Czech for the last eleven years. Pavel is moving within the group to the position of Global COO, where he will utilize his twenty years of experience in the company.
“Adastra is about people. Each of our branches has unique talents with specific competencies. Our goal is to offer customers the best of the entire group. I look forward to actively participating in the next phase of the group’s development,” says Pavel Kysela.
Adastra Is Creating a New Global Position That Will Oversee AI Competency
The global position of Chief AI Officer will be newly held by the current CEO of Blindspot Solutions, Ondřej Vaněk. He will be responsible for building AI competency for customers around the world.

In addition to changes in the leadership of Adastra Czech, the entire Adastra Group is also announcing updates. “Among other things, we expect these changes to enable rapid global expansion. The new structure and leadership will allow for more effective allocation of all resources so that Adastra can soon become a global leader in cloud, data, and artificial intelligence,” explains Jan Červinka, founder and board member of the company.
“This transformation will enable the company to continue its growth in key markets in Canada, Central Europe, and Germany. It will also support faster penetration into the US and Western European markets and expand deliveries in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and South Asia,” says Jan Mrázek, founder and board member of Adastra.
