Darren Edery, Adastra Canada CEO

As Toronto’s Tech Hub continues to boom right in Adastra’s backyard, our CEO Darren Edery, shares his thoughts on the circumstances that have unlocked Toronto’s growth and their implications on our workforce. Darren identified three major catalysts:

  • Immigration policies making Canada more attractive to  international talent
  • AI transforming job and opening new opportunities for our workforce
  • Our ecosystem of startups and expanding university research community hiring and creating new talent

Much of the shift can be distilled down to digital transformation and its effect on varying sectors. As this trend continues to evolve, so will jobs and the outlook on everyday work. For Canada’s tech industry, this change is bountiful and Toronto’s tech hub will continue to reap the rewards.
